Refund policy

For pre-orders cancellations there is a 25% pre-order cancellation fee on the item ordered. Shipping charges are 100% refunded. In order to conduct the return feel free to email at info@bgemporium.ca. Customers may also choose 100% store credit on pre-order cancellations.

For all other cancellations, we have a no-refund policy for purchases made from "BG Emporium", as all sales are final. At the discretion of BGE store credit may be issued.

Please note that delays in fulfillment to BGE from publishers is not grounds for a refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Prolonging inspection of any damages or issues can result in surpassing the timeline to submit claims.

For any damages through shipping "BG Emporium" will conduct a ticket through the parcel company. Please note any damage that is only cosmetic and does not affect function will not qualify for a return but instead you will receive a partial refund.

In case of component or significant game damage please complete a ticket with the publishing company. In the event they request direct contact from the original backer "BG Emporium" will engage in communication with the publisher.

Exceptions
"BG Emporium" reserves the right to alter conditions for all policies as needed. 

BGE offers protection to all customers and if a game is not provided by a publisher after 6 months of Canadian fulfillment. You will be inclined to a 100% refund of your order and shipping issued as store credit.

Exchanges
We have a no-exchange policy for purchases made from "BG Emporium".

Pre-Order Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request. Once any fees have been calculated and processed we will inform the customer before completing the refund. Please allow 5-7 business days to review any transactions.
